About Us First Choice Home Inspections was formed with professionalism, reliability, and quality as guiding principles of doing business.  Professionalism Each inspector will always conduct his or her inspection wearing business casual dress.  Professionalism is more than just the way we dress, it is who we are.  Our reporting and customer service skills represent who we are as a company and our referral sources.  We have a contact center that handles all of our appointment setting calls so that no call goes unanswered and our inspectors in the field can focus on their job rather than their phones.  We carry up to $1 million of Errors & Omissions Insurance and up to $1 million of General Liability Insurance. Reliability Our inspectors are required to show up at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled inspection time in order to do the exterior and roof prior to the client and/or their agent showing up for the appointment.  This allows the inspector to gather up any questions prior to the arrival of the client, and it shows we value the agent and the client's time.   Quality Each of our inspectors are required to actively seek ASHI member status and always follow all ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  Each inspector is required to meet all minimum continuing education requirements, and to have a passed an intensive training program.  They are required to give thorough and accurate reports that are easily read and understood.  Also all inspections have a 12 month satisfaction guarantee.
